Clients are required to provide card details in order to Book and Confirm all appointments. These details are held securely on our password encrypted GDPR compliant booking system until the time of your appointment and no charges will be made, except in instances that No Shows occur where a £25 NO SHOW FEE will be charged to the held card. By confirming your appointment you are accepting our No Show Policy.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, then please do so by a minimum of 12 hours prior to your appointment by using the rescheduling links received in your email confirmation or by ringing the clinic directly on 0203 751 5122.
