it is our policy that refunds for services are not permitted once treatment has been carried out.
Booking Disclaimer Please Read
Clients are required to provide card details in order to Book and Confirm all appointments. These details are held securely on our password encrypted GDPR compliant booking system until the time of your appointment and no charges will be made, except in instances that No Shows occur where a 50% NO SHOW FEE for the appointment value. NO Shows for consultations and patch tests will be charged at the full consultation value. This will be charged to the card held at the time of booking. By confirming your appointment you are accepting our No Show Policy.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, then please do so by a minimum of 12 hours prior to your appointment by using the rescheduling links received in your email confirmation or by ringing the clinic directly on 0203 751 5122.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours of the appointment, then a 50% of the treatment value cancellation fee will be charged to the holding credit card. This charge is to cover the appointment time slot that has been made unavailable for other clients to book and any stock / consumables which may have been procured for the treatment in question.
Courses
Courses of treatments are non-refundable once the course has started and payment has been made. Courses of treatments must be used within 12 months from the time of payment for the course has been made. Any remaining course sessions unused, may not be monetised and refunded and neither credited back to your account for use on other treatments. Only in cases of extreme allergic reaction where the course cannot be fulfilled for medical reasons, will a credit only be allocated to your account.
Products / Shop
Your full satisfaction is important to us. If you find that you need or want to return any product, please call us on 0203 751 5122. Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm (GMT) stating your Purchase Order / Invoice Number. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for you to include with your return along with your name and address. Refunds will not be given without a pre-authorised Return Merchandise Number.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund minus shipping costs unless otherwise specified in your return merchandise authorisation.
Products must be returned unopened and in the original undamaged packaging. Items deemed to have been opened, tampered with, damaged, or without the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund and will be charged the additional shipping costs for re-delivering the goods back to you.
Neither Asthetik London or the Products Manufactures hold any responsibility for the any side effects, allergies or level of results achieved of any products purchased and refunds will not be given in such instances. The consumer will take full responsibility for choosing and procuring products including responsibility for reading all associated information which includes but is not limited to ingredients and following recommended protocols given.
The Return address will be given on approval of eligibility to return a product and a Return Merchandise Authorisation number has been given.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery addresses are correct when confirming your order. We accept no liability for any products that are lost as a result of an incorrect delivery address. In the case of a parcel being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being provided, then a re-delivery cost will be charged. Re-delivery to the UK will be standard delivery (Royal Mail) and charged at £7.50 and re-deliveries outside of the UK will be charged at £20.50.

Some products with air pumps may appear to be faulty however on most instances the airlock simply needs releasing. If you are having difficulty please contact us.
